Group Coaching

Group coaching is a supportive network where people who struggle or strive towards the same goals get together and learn from others experience, insights, and thought provoking discussions. As a member in a divorce group session you will benefit from peer learning with others, commonly referred to as the collective wisdom of the group. This peer learning is often as important as the interaction with the coach. Many clients, especially introverted individuals find the process “less on the spot”, giving them more time to reflect and integrate their insights.

Masterful group coaches step back and create a strong process framework for the coaching to emerge from. As a group coach I assure to provide a safe place where you can share and express your challenges, hurdles, and heartaches. We are all here to hold each other’s hands and wipe your tears away. As a group we are here to support each other through this journey together, with no judgment and are committed to the standards set by the ABA of privacy and confidentiality. The goal of these group sessions is to create a safe haven, and a place you will call your new family!
Although 1:1 coaching is definitely more private and focused on you as an individual, group coaching is a very powerful learning tool and support system. Last but not least it also gives you the opportunity to explore coaching at a lower price, making it more affordable.
